1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by BrandTech Labs ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

BrandTech Labs provides consulting services for SaaS companies, including but not limited to strategy development, technical guidance, and marketing optimization. The specific services provided will be outlined in separate agreements or statements of work agreed upon by both parties.

• Maintain the confidentiality of any account credentials provided to you

• Not engage in any activity that could harm our systems or interfere with other users

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, and functionality of our services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software, are owned by BrandTech Labs and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our services for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.

5. Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of client information. Any confidential information shared during the course of our services will be treated according to our Privacy Policy and any specific confidentiality agreements in place.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BrandTech Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use our services.

Our total liability for any claims under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for the services during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BrandTech Labs and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

8. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which BrandTech Labs operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
